Monday Blue

That afternoon mom was talking to me, during our lunch.

The topic goes deeper and deeper when she talked bout dad and herself.

She said that folks at their age are all striving to live, despite all the disease and sickness that are haunting them. When life gets older, you tend to live harder. You want to live because you still think that your kids are forever a toddler, even though they are all grown up. You want to live because you haven't see them marry, have kids or a happy family. You want to live because you want to make sure they are good in pieces. You want to live because you want to earn as much as you can to feed your children. You want to live because you want to be there whenever they fall. You want to live because you are proud to be the backup.

And then I understand why my parents still pamper me that much.

I want my mom and dad both in the pink of health, always.

As I have so much things to prove and show them.

Convocation, wedding, trip, anniversary, promotion

I want people I love always there for me.
