I've got a story to share.

Well, I just finished for my final presentation for Corporate Identity Design this afternoon.

What's this subject for?

Basically, it's all about how you come out with a company, with its company background, logo design, corporate identity, Stationary sets like business cards, letterhead, envelopes, corporate transportation, own uniforms and so on.

For an easy understanding, is creating your own brand in the market.

One of the previous posts I did ask about some comments on the logo design. Yeah, there are four of us in one group. Which is actually the fewest number of group members in my class. We only have 4 in one group but other groups out there are having 5 in one or even 6 in one.

Okay, we presented. And kena shoot gao gao.

Why?

Because one of the tutors said Our group is doing things so off until she gone cuckoo.

Frankly speaking, I dunno who is she. She just pop out from no where and then she is sitting with 4 others tutors at the presentation hall.



We are bringing the idea and concept from Japan. Thus, the design is bold, cute and chubby. And vibrant colors are used.

Okay fine, she say it is like pre-kindergraten stuff. I admit that it will be the 1st impression to those who seldom pay attention in these kind of petite stuffs. More promotions and campaign will slowly solve the problems as our company is just newly established.

Then one lecturer actually second our idea saying our design line is just like Hello Kitty. Looks childish to some of them but it does hit the market drastically.

And hell this come-from-no-where indian lady interrupted and said some silly stuff like " so you guys want to do Japan stuff, You go Japan Do lar~! Here is Malaysia you know? Nobody will buy such things! Go Japan do lar "


They don't listen but ban our whole project one the spot.
They don't figure out our design brief before and ban our whole project on the spot.
They don't even understand what we are doing but ban our whole project on the spot.


Ouch!
I seriously despise tutors like this. BIG SIGH. Why on earth is she here teaching the design students. If we don't bring in new stuff to Malaysia, how are we going to move forward? If Malaysia has one more stereotype designers like her, we have no where to stand in this field. Forever using the same old thing?

YUCKS.

You can critic on us and we would work harder to enhance it but not giving stupid comments without knowing our design brief. I dun appreciate nonsense.

Due to the heavy loadage of assignments, I dun even have time to edit pictures and start blogging. *WHINE* Sorry for not scribbling on your body for quite some time. I promise I will dote on you after all the hustle and bustle.

Currently, my life is just full of reports, rationale, illustrator, photoshop, laptops, consultations, presentations and lecturers. Awww. Pathetic. My last movie in the cinema was 2012. Which is how many eons ago?

Taiwan♥Episode 3

I have been struggling for some time how should I post up the Taiwan Trip as for some little time I already outdated for quite some time. Have thought of giving up but today, my ohm is back. Imma writing this post specially about the night street markets in Taiwan!

Ever heard of "Shih Lin Ye Shi"?
Yeah, it is one of the most famous night markets in Taiwan.
And yes, we went there!

The night market here is so much different with Malaysia.
The food is so much more delicious, the people who loitering around are full of handsome and pretty, there are this specific organizations who take care of the cleanliness, the products they sell are unlike the lousy clothes selling at Petaling Street, the Taiwanese like to bring their cute doggies along, and there are so many things to be discovered.

Oh ya, we actually had a hair cut in one of the saloon located at Gong Guan.

Here is the pic of the saloon. We are so lucky as we get the promotion price for hair cut which is only NT99, about RM11 if converted to ringgit malaysia. Pay only 10bucks and you get a new outlook! Haha. And they are not asking the juniors to serve you but the pros. The most important factor is the hair stylists are mostly males.
HAHAHA.
So cute and so irresistible.

And now I enjoy being with short hair.

First and foremost, Edmond brought us to buy the Chicken chop that is so well-known here. There are also these outlets in Malaysia selling the same thing but they taste different, of course!

Okay, there's still another night market located at TaiZhong, named 'Feng Jia Ye Shi'.

If you went to Shih Lin before, you would not like to choose to go this night market again.
The reason I say this is because what you get to find in Feng Jia you can find it at Shih Lin too. But what you adore in Shih Lin could not find in Feng Jia.

I do not disdain this night market FYI.

But then the man of many words found his very own shop here.

Have been quite some time I never blog about outings. The quantity of photos saved in my lappie is like going to burst out anytime anywhere. Too many to be settled. Talk about the Taiwan blog posts, I only manage to post until Episode 2 after one month I've come back to Malaysia. 9 more episodes to go for Taiwan.
